Next Big Thing’s three-week Culture Catalyst program is a free initiative offered to underrepresented founders at the pre-seed and early-stages of business development. Our commitment is to ensure that every founder has the tools and support to create workplaces where everyone belongs. Over the course of this program, participants will dive into interactive virtual sessions that focus on discovering core values, crafting a workplace culture that resonates with those values, and implementing actionable strategies for nurturing innovative, inclusive teams.
As an LGBT-certified and WMBE-certified company, we understand the unique challenges faced by underrepresented founders. Our program is designed to be a catalyst for change, encouraging a diverse range of founders to infuse their personal values into their startup cultures, fostering environments of well-being, creativity, and inclusivity.
